Cancellations & Changes
To provide safe and high-quality guided hiking experiences,
North Wind Guide applies the following cancellation policy.
Please review it carefully before booking.
Cancellations by the Guest
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the number of days
before the scheduled guiding date.
• 7 days or more before: No charge
• 6–3 days before: 30% of the guiding fee
• 2 days–1 day before: 50% of the guiding fee
• On the day of the tour: 100% of the guiding fee
Changes in the number of participants may be treated as cancellations.
Cancellations Due to Weather or Safety Reasons
No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is canceled due to:
- Severe weather (strong wind, heavy rain, fog, etc.)
- Unsafe trail or mountain conditions
- The guide’s professional safety decision
If possible, we will suggest
rescheduling or an alternative plan.
Health Conditions & Late Arrival
- If the tour cannot be conducted due to illness or significant late arrival on the day of the tour, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
- No refunds will be issued if the tour is shortened or stopped after it has started due to health or fitness issues.
Refund Method
When a refund is applicable,
it will be processed via the original payment method.
Any transfer or processing fees may be deducted.
